Damen Customer Finance offers all kinds of different types of finance to our clients, including financial and operational leasing for standardised vessels, mortgage backed finance, supplier credit arrangements and buyer's credit arrangements.
Our staff is experienced in pursuing subsidies from the Dutch government or from the European Union if applicable. They assist in effecting loans from institutions such as IFC, EBRD, Asian Development Bank and African Development Bank.
The financing services are available for all types of vessels built by all DAMEN operating companies. Recent examples of countries in which financing or subsidies have been arranged are Mexico, Yemen, Syria, Venezuela, Indonesia, Russia, Vietnam, Algeria, Djibouti and the Netherlands.
